Removing salm.exe 180Search assistant.

What is salm.exe? Salm.exe is 180Search assistant that is installed with some another spyware software. It logs your browsing habits and sends them to creator of this spyware. If you have salm.exe, you probably have some another programs you would like to uninstall.

To remove salm.exe, follow these steps:

1. Select Start -> Run. Write "regedit". Find and delete:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft
\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run\lgbibsn

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft
\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run\msbb

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft
\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run\tov

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Microsoft
\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run\sais

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Microsoft
\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run\saie

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft
\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run\180ax

2. Reboot your computer.

3. Select Start -> Run. Type "msconfig". Select startup tab. Processes that must be killed:
180ax.exe
jkill.exe
msbb.exe
saap.exe
sais.exe
salm.exe
silent.exe

4. Search your hard drive for 180.dll and witircl.dll. These files may be in several locations so you shold unregister and delete all of them.

5. Search your hard drive for directories "180search assistant" and "180solutions". Remove these directories.
